This policy covers the pages on this website: the landing page and this Privacy Policy. It does not cover your email provider, your browser, or any third-party website you reach from a link. This website is informational: it does not offer an online shop, an account system, a checkout, or payment processing.

The contact form, the flavor notes request, and the tasting box email button prepare a message in your own email application. The website does not transmit, store, or process the contents of those forms on a server. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email, and at that point ordinary email delivery applies. We use messages you send to answer questions, share ingredient and allergen details, and provide written quotes.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request sensitive personal information, payment card numbers, or identity documents through this website.

This website does not set server-side cookies and does not load third-party cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tags, advertising tags, or remarketing code. All scripts, stylesheets, fonts, and images are served from this site itself, including the jQuery library, which is bundled locally rather than loaded from a content delivery network.

The site uses your browser's local storage for three limited purposes:

• ss_tasting_box — remembers the flavors you shortlisted so the list is still there on your next visit.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our hard candies are not intended for children under three because of choking risk. If a parent or guardian believes a child has contacted us, please email us and we will remove the message.
